Well it got me pretty distracted!!! xD lol
First time i saw those creatures were in halo 2 on the last level, before you help (or not) jonson with the scarab. When i saw them i thougth “What the… Cool helmets! Well fitted for a snyper!!!” and i lolled my pants of (the underpants remnained up) and then i figured that these dudes were somekind of priest or whatever. lol they’re councilor elites, but gotta admit, they were pretty bad ass!!! xD
I think his pose makes it 10 times better!
I wonder if his arm cramps up from holding it like that.
If I could hold a pose that awesome, I wouldn’t care about arm cramps either.

No, he wasn’t. The head piece is smaller, but is definately a councilor helmet (Bungie probably just shrunk the piece so it wouldn’t be such a large target)
Ah, I always loved Councilors. But Councilor+Zealot=Epic win.

It’s making fun of the ridiculous head gear that some elites wore. You saw them in Halo 2.
Says bungie. The spartans get the flaming head the elites get the HEY IM OVER HERE headpiece in legendary edition
I dunno, Flames are pretty noticable, apparently the human eye can spot a lighted match at ten kilometers on a dark night! So presumably a flaming head will stand out quite a bit (Yay for trivia!)
Plus, they might not be invisible if you use Active Camo, like in H3.
I realy hope they´ve fixed the camo problem!
