ya know…i thought i saw this happen one time…i wasnt sure cuz there was a flash, a dead body, and a trash can…so for all i know, it coulda been an angry hobbo leprachaun

    O_O

ya know, i once used the elite roll to go down to a lower level in swordbase and died from fall damage + the acceleration of the roll

now i have another thing to endlessly attempt to kill myself with

    :D

    • soulofaqua says:

So have I. Though I also quickly noticed that with the gravlift the roll (aswell as scout) adds enough momentum to get to the top balcony.

    • stabbim says:

I had the same thing happen on Boneyard. When I impacted the ground I also hit a narrow pole at the same time (pretty much accelerated into the corner of it and the ground).

I have since learned not to roll off of anything above a certain (fairly low) height. :)

I guess you could say that this victim was taken out…

    with the trash

    YYEEEAAAHHH!!!!!

  4. Panncakez says:

So, cone’d has been replaced by can’d?

  5. Mizzy says:

    Video broke?

  6. I’m gonna be afraid of that can now.

I was standing next to it once, waiting for someone to come through that doorway, and the wall started like… eating the garbage can, I guess I bumped into it and sent it into the wall. I think that whole room is possessed.

  7. Gin says:

That has to be the best thing I have ever seen.

    :glares at hawty:

  9. evilgraham says:

    He deserves recon for this

  10. hongoasdf says:

Despite what it might look like, there is a perfectly logical explanation.

You see, the elite didn’t evade. He tripped on the cylindrical trash can while walking forward, and fell on his head, which consequently killed him.

Now, as to why did he stand up a few seconds after his neck had snapped… well… uhhh… rigor mortis?

  11. SuicidalKanoka says:

If someone had kept it clean, and put the trashcan where it belongs, he wouldn’t have gotten the can.

  12. porge says:

Doing a barrel roll: no longer safe

  13. CBTrigger says:

Well, guess everyone now knows who to keep an eye on to see if/what Bungie will have as their Reach version of recon.

  14. AOClaus says:

Tripped on a trashcan. Fell on his face. Died. Awesome.

  15. the_eNeME says:

Hehe. Elites are quite clumsy with those huge ass hoofs. =)

    Halo: Realism Evolved

I think they should keep it, it can teach you to look where you’re going.

  17. General Vaguneness says:

also too bad canned and can’d don’t have the same ring as cwn’d

  18. Rakolai says:

It’s official. The Guardians have been replaced by Oscar the Grouch.

  19. DeliciousCube says:

    ‘Canned.

  20. SalenStormwing says:

So, the USNC spent billions and billions and billions of dollars to make a force of super soldiers to defeat their enemies, and a 10 dollar trash can is just as effective?

Maybe Dr. Halsey should have made super soldier trash cans instead.

  21. Dust Storm says:

I don’t think that is covered under the insurance plan…
