    Hey, FYI, the sounds was a recording problem, the guy said. the gameplay itself (the beta) doesn’t have any audio bugs :D Yet.

    And about that map…
    I know I haven’t played it and stuff, but I get the feeling it won’t really be like boarding action.
    It doesn’t look like a map for camo snipers, the best game ever.
    I dunno, just thinking.

    I dont like how they changed melee. To many times I saw the guy assault rifle people in the face and then melee them in the face and they didnt die. thats retarded. In Reach, if the enemy has any shield left even if its just a very small about, all a melee is going to to is take off that little bit of remaining shield.

      Just be smart and don’t melee right when they come up to you.

      All the AR nubcakes will be dumd and will AR charge you and hit you, not killing you.

      You, as a smart and informed person, will continue to spray them all over the face with your AR until their shield pop, only then will you pop the melee.

      You win.

      At least, that’s how it should work.
      Maybe its different, I’m not sure.

          It was in the 2nd March podcast when Sage was answering questions at around 41 minutes in.

          They also clarified on in the update a few weeks back under the heading, “Shields Up!”.

      This is probably a response to this problem: “I shot that guy with 3 BR bursts and meleed him. He is still alive. At the same time he shot me with 4 AR bullets and meleed me. I am now dead.”

    Headhunter does not look like a very fun game mode. I’m not sure why, but I don’t think it will be my first choice ever.

    Also if I had to guess I would say that the assassination animation is going to get cut out of multiplayer. It kills the flow of battle and leaves you vulnerable to attack during the animation. I doubt an odd combat animation that is only for aesthetics will not be supported by MLG or even average players.

      Its one of the amazing awesome kickass features of Reach!

      Have you heard what the guys say during the ViDoc? They absolutely gloat over it.

        It’s in, as is the old one-hit backsmack, so if MLG players don’t want to break the pace of the game, then they won’t have to.

          Good, as long as you don’t have to use don’t have to assassinate people like that then I’m game. I mean, it’s cool to watch, but it just takes way to much time.

    You know what I hate, how those that are not well informed get these things early, like in one video on Youtube aguy knew barely squat in their commentary.

    And here this guy thinks having one round in the Mag is a Good Idea, and soo is 6 rounds in a seperate instance.

    Seriously, Game developers should only get people that do things when they really REALLY should for their Trailers, such as those who reload in the 10 Seconds free time they have, or even behind cover.

      Well, this was done by 343 Studios. Some of there vids don’t always seem to shine a bright light of intelligence. TBH though, it wasnt neccessary, they delivered what they said they would, gameplay, perhaps they didnt play like we would (I know I wouldnt play like that, I have compulsive reloads, amongst other compulsions) It would however have been nice if the guy picked up some other weapons and demonstrated those, rather than just the AR.
